REVOmobile is owned by Dilantha Fernando, a Sri Lankan national, currently living in the UK, with offices in London and Colombo. Mr. Fernando holds a bachelors in Information systems from the Manchester Metropolitan University U.K. and has been working in software development industry for 10 years. He has worked on internet and wireless projects in Silicon Valley, Sri Lanka and London.

REVOmobile is responsible for all technical management of The Moodie Report's highly-successful internet and e-newsletter services which have taken the travel retail market by storm since their launch in September 2002. REVOmobile also developed Duty Free Shopping Index.com, the consumer sister site to The Moodie Report.com, which launched in late 2005. REVOmobile oversees all technical aspects of The Moodie Report's electronic activities from database development and management to handling and placing all advertising formats.
